Spanish Wine Takeover with Jose Pastor Selections

At Union Kitchen, we are huge fans of Iberian wines. Especially those made by winemakers who are rooted in tradition with a minimalist approach in the vines and cellar. When it comes to championing these winemakers, there is no greater collection of Spanish wines than those assembled by our friends at Jose Pastor Selections.

On Wednesday night, we welcome the national sales manager of JPS, Chris Barnes of and Adam Bitker of Ungrafted Selections. The two of them will take over our bar and be pouring some of our favorite producers: Agusti Roca, Bodega Akutain, Cantalapiedra Viticultores & Guimaro. We will also be opening our limited allocations of Envinate and Luis Rodriguez and pouring them at cost!
